Scoped a wide CUI footprint down to a single GCC High enclave and passed the C3PAO mock
A 30-person subcontractor to a major DoD prime had been flowed CUI without clear scoping. Their entire commercial M365 tenant and four office workstations were in scope. Without intervention they faced 12+ months of remediation across the whole environment, plus M365 commercial wasn't FedRAMP Moderate authorized for CUI.
Passed C3PAO mock assessment with zero critical findings. Saved an estimated 6-8 months of remediation work and ~$200k in licensing and tooling by scoping aggressively.
